Coyotes Blvd. The discounted conference rate at The Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa is $199 plus tax per night. This rate is valid until Thursday, Sept. 19, 2019, pending availability. Reservations must be made through The Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa. Book online on the hotel’s dedicated website. Insurance Liability:It is agreed that each individual exhibitor must assume all responsibility for any damage caused to the exhibition area and exempt the organizers from all liability that may ensue from any cause whatsoever. Exhibitors are responsible for their equipment and are required to carry their own insurance, which should remain in force until their exhibits are removed from the exhibition. The exhibitor understands that neither Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa nor Eventful Conferences maintains insurance covering the exhibitor’s property, and it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain such insurance. Please refer to the rules, regulations, and additional conditions section of the Sponsorship Brochure. The organizers accept no responsibility for the safety of any goods, packages, or other materials on-site or in the absence of the exhibitor, their agent, or contractor. |
