Deep Dive and Q&A: BJ’s Wholesale Club’s Digital Transformation Journey

Using point-of-sale data transfer and audit (POSDTA), BJ’s was able to trickle sales in real time from 215-plus stores and 133 gas stations and aggregate, audit, and distribute the sales to report revenue and adjust the inventory, allowing the business to plan and procure.
